Shipping methods are basically two. By registered mail which will take 2 to 10 working days. Or courier. The latter will take between 24 and 72 hours long depending on the day and at the same time the order is realize.
The courier company will contact the recipient by SMS message to the mobile number provided or otherwise, by email. With this message the delivery details are provided. If not found anyone at the address provided for delivery, the courier company will proceed to try to agree with the recipient to arrange a new delivery. If the problem persists, the package could come to us returned and reapplied new postage.
Orders sent by registered mail will be delivered through the traditional system of the public company.
The prices of the shipments will be calculated based on weight and / or volume of the package and its destination.
Jonas Dive & Watch, SL will repair, replace or make the corresponding payment if any of its products contained such a manufacturing defect given that the final decision is always the manufacturer. In the case of a manufacturing defect all the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product repaired or the same, shall be borne by Jonas Dive & Watch, SL provided that the return guidelines offered by the company are followed.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of the product if the returned item does not meet the conditions indicated in our return policy.
The consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity of the product within 7 days after he has knowledge of it through an email that you want to return a product. In this way, we will organize the return of the most appropriate way. In the case that the problem of the product is no guarantee it will be the consumer who pays any additional expenses incurred for such return.

In our store products that use batteries are exempt from guarantees beyond 12 months of use in the case of Li-Ion batteries and up to 6 months in the case of Ni-Mh.
Batteries are today not sufficiently advanced to ensure that before a proper use incorrectly, can continue to maintain their initial qualities beyond the time set out above for each type of battery.
